Matt has lived in Ocala for over 30 years. With extensive knowledge in Ocala's communities he easily became a leader as an agent. He's been with Coldwell Banker Ellison Realty, Inc for over 16 years. Matt has worked many types of Real Estate such as Residential Resales, New Construction Homes, Vacant Land, Short Sales and REO/Foreclosure and his designations include becoming a Broker-Associate and a certified e-Pro. He currently serves as the Branch Manager for our West location on State Road 200 and works closely with agents to provide them assistance with any Real Estate needs.

Matt Taylor is a very professional real estate agent who listened to my specific wants and needs. Since I am out of state, his knowledge about the Marion County area was most helpful. Matt Taylor never contacted me. I never heard from him. If he had contacted me I would have possibly gotten the property I was looking for. He is not the only agent that has never gotten back to me. It does surprise me when one does! I put my personal address on the request at the bottom because I have looked at so many property's I honestly don't remember now.

Good evening. I saw your review. I apologize you did not get a response. I am not sure when you sent your inquiry. Was it on a resale listing or was it on a rental property? As I am transitioning out of the rental aspect of real estate, I forward all rental inquiries to our rental department. If you could let me know which home you inquired on, I will look into why you were not contacted. I feel it is important that everyone who sends us an inquiry gets a response, and being you did not is very disappointing. I hope you can recall which home so I can find out what happened.
